At Cordera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed garments in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
